NON3 toasted cinnamon and yuzu wine is a refreshing non-alcoholic wine – and one of the most convincing alternatives we’ve tried. It’s a great alternative to white wine for days when you’re not drinking. The flavour is bright and balanced with a hint of spice. Serve chilled and pair with seafood or antipasti. 

This zero proof wine is made with verjus, which is the juice of unripened grapes. It gives the drink a crisp, wine-like acidity. NON uses semillon grapes from Australia’s Barossa Valley. Murray River salt adds subtle salinity, while yuzu delivers citrus tang.

Pair this non-alcoholic wine with grilled vegetables and seafood. The fresh, tart taste complements crab cakes and seared scallops.
